We planning to start a business name Burger Joint which is a Public Limited Company food chain store and we provided franchise to those people who want to cooperate with us.
Personal details
Our shareholders contain 4 people which are Sam, Kim, Jenny and Yee. Sam is working at Keppel Singapore as Marketing Manager for 4 years before this, Kim is working at AIG Singapore as Financial Accounting Manager for 4 years, Jenny is working at Jusco AEON as Human Resources for 3 years and Yee is working at Company of BMW as Operational Manager for 3 years after than we decided to start a business name burger joint together.
Personnel
We’re going to hired about 25 workers in our headquarters shop. We prefer good manners workers, get along with customer and well communicate person. Skills are not acquirements for workers because we provide skills training for those novices in this field.
Besides that, we need 4 marketing skill workers to increase our sales and to understanding customers needs, need 1 financial skill workers to manage our account and we need 1 manage skills workers to helps us in management.
Product/Service
We are selling burger as our main food but we also provided snacks, coleslaw, low calories burger, vegetarian burger. We hope our workers could provide their best services to our consumers. We’re also providing standing bar and leather sofa to convenient our consumers. We will provide calories table and lectures to help our consumers for prevent fatting.
Market
We are targeting white-collar, student and shopaholic during their breakfast, lunch times, dinner and also supper for those who like midnight meal. We are also cooperating with petrol station to provide drive-thru services to target those working with car all the times. We are trying to leading market share with challenging McDonalds. Hope that when people think of burger and firstly will think our Burger Joint instead of McDonalds. We are facing some competitors such as Burger King, McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Dominos Pizza and etc which is also selling fast food. Our food is suitable for everyone such as family time, workers, businessman, student and shopping customer and this is our advantages. Different way we having disadvantages too, as a fast food business we facing other competitor which effect customer that will choose the other fast food beside us.
Marketing
We going to use paper advertisement such as flyer and brochure paper to target those white-collar, family, boys and girls who shopping or pass by that near our chain store. We are also going to make a TV advertisement to raise our popularity so that everyone will know us.
Objective
We starting such a business is wish to change the image of fast food, because every people think that fast food is high calories food and we want to let every single customer feel that they can also keep slim their body even though they eating fast food every day. Beside of that, we also hope that we can bring joy to customer by giving the best services and smile. Every company start a business is to make profit, we are also the one of them. In the future day, we hope we can be the largest market share of fast food business which make customer think of us when they think of fast food.
